Let this new year motivate you to see progress that eventually leads to change which leads to the transformation of the new you and improved version of your self. We often do not appreciate what we have when we have it until its gone. Reminds me when I lost the ability to walk and do easy things like brush my teeth. There is so much to be grateful for  it would take eons. "Aint no body got time" for that so lets say for today , we take  the first step toward progress.
